RentSource Client Agreement

Rent Source shall, for up to 180 days, provide client with rental information matching the specified criteria on a daily basis, by e-mail, by fax, or in person at offices during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-5pm). Entering into any document to occupy a rental unit will be solely through the efforts of the prospective tenant and landlord. Rent Source Inc. is an information service only and does not appraise, inspect, or show property, therefore is not responsible for the condition thereof. Subscription to service is not subject to cancellation, however company reserves the right to terminate this contract for customer abuse or misuse of service. Subscription to service is non-transferable and non-assignable; no person other than the authorized subscriber may use the subscription.

• Rent Source cannot guarantee that the listings provided to you will be vacant or available at the time the client consults them, however Rent Source will attempt to verify the availability of listed rentals on a timely basis to ensure reasonable accuracy.
• The client is reminded that all landlords may not be available to be reached every day.
• Rent Source is not responsible for any loss of any nature whatsoever.
• Rent Source will use sources deemed reliable to obtain rental information for client inspection, however Rent Source is not responsible for any misinformation supplied by such sources.
• Rent Source does not offer any service charge adjustments after an account has been activated.
• Rent Source makes no warranties expressed or implied other than stated herein.
