Rent Source is a rental location or home finder service that specializes in helping people find rental homes.

We list for area landlords and property owners free of charge, which allows us to carry over 90% of available rental properties in Kansas City, St. Louis and surrounding areas - which means you have a greater selection to choose from.

At any given time, we have over 2700 available rental properties listed between 25 and 100 new properties added daily. We will narrow these selections down into a customized printout according to the criteria you provide.

Your customized printout will be based on the following criteria:

• The area you wish to live in.
• The types of dwellings you wish to live in.
• The number of bedrooms you require.
• Whether or not you have pets.
• The amount of rent that is comfortable for you.

Your printout will include only properties that meet these criteria and will include only properties equal to or lower than the rent you specify, giving you the opportunity to shop around for a home with a lower monthly rent and deposit!

Your customized printout will include:

• Area
• Rent
• Number of bedrooms
• Number of bathrooms
• Type of dwelling
• Property address
• Date available (usually now)
• Lease period
• Landlord name
• Landlord phone number(s)
• Deposit amount
• General information (flooring type, included appliances, bonus rooms, additional amenities)
• Miscellaneous information provided by the landlord

The fee for our service is a one-time registration fee of just $90. This registration is good for up to 6 months of our service and includes as many new listings as you need until you decide on the home that is right for you.
